Design

Whether we undertake complete conceptualisation or the engineering of a client’s own specifications - our team has a strong working knowledge of the sector. From this we focus on delivering a fresh and innovative design approach to support our clients’ commercial objectives.

We provide 3D visualisation through to CAD production drawings — crucial in a busy climate with short lead times. Our displays will have gone through a value engineering process to qualify value for money and longevity in store before they enter the production phase.

Manufacture

Our facilities include metal, acrylic and plastic fabrication. Most of our metal product is powder coated on 24 hr production, and frequently on the same turnaround.

We have new CNC machinery which is geared towards volume production. We are DXF compliant and can translate from most drawing software for production if this is required. We offer complementary services such as print, vacuum forming and injection moulding.

Delivery and Installation

We currently rollout to stores either overnight, or designated vehicles, depending on the complexity of the product. We can also store units and distribute them according to client requirements.
