Brilliant worked closely with Mistley to develop a set of nine installation instruction sheets to accompany each of the shower- or bath-screen kits delivered to their customers. We tapped the knowledge of Mistley’s professional fitters in several assembly briefings, and documented the correct procedures and tools required for installation.
We then expanded the detailed notes from these briefings into full copy, which was in turn used to plan and illustrate diagrams for the complete step-by-step instruction sheets.
The installation instructions carry Mistley’s brand throughout, and build on the style of illustration originally developed by Brilliant for Mistley’s
product brochures. It was seen as important to make the installation instructions not only clear and easy to follow, but also distinctive — we don’t think you’ll find assembly guides as beautiful yet functional as these anywhere else!
