Brilliant were briefed to reposition the brand and clearly define the new, divergent product groups within the Grosvenor website.
Grosvenor were more than happy to continue using SPRK, which sits on top of the large product database that they have populated and maintained via the CMS since 2006. Therefore, the scope of the brief was to redesign and rebuild the website’s Graphical User Interface (GUI) and integrate it into the existing CMS.
Brilliant produced a User Experience (UX) report, which formed the basis for the reorganisation of the site’s front-end information and navigation structures. Additionally, a new landing page was designed to filter users down into the two new product segments.
Static visuals showing the application of the new layout and branding were presented for the client’s approval before back-end integration commenced.
In the process of developing a new GUI, every precaution was taken to avoid any disruption of the site’s hard-earned search engine rankings.
